Terms & Conditions
Privacy:
In accordance with the privacy laws, we will not use your contact details or personal information for any other purpose than for the running of the Dance School. We will not forward your details to any person or organisation without your permission.
Declaration:
• I agree to read the KayDance information booklet and abide by the rules and regulations, and to meet all costs attached hereto.
• I understand that no liability will be taken for loss or damage of property, or any physical injury caused during any classes or activities held at KAYDANCE.
• I authorise KayDance, in the event of any accident or illness, to obtain such medical assistance as required and I agree to meet any expenses attached hereto.
• I give permission for KayDance to use any visual media i.e. photos, videos, or any other form – for advertising purposes on the KayDance website (http://www.kaydance.com.au), newsletters and in any other professional advertising material that they see fit including Facebook and Instagram (NB Names will not be published with any of these photos unless we have your specific written permission.)
• I understand that performances are professionally photographed and filmed. These are available for purchase by all the families within KayDance during Term 4.
• I understand that there is a compulsory end of year concert, which my child is expected to participate in as part of this enrolment. In the case of known absence (e.g family holiday) it is my responsibility to inform staff as soon as possible.
• I understand that correct footwear is part of the uniform and to participate in KayDance classes I need to wear the correct uniform at all times.
• I understand that in order to correctly instruct students, it will be necessary at times for teachers to physically touch students in order to place their bodies into correct positions.
• KayDance has the right to close classes or merge classes if the class size is less than 4.
• I understand that there are no refunds on dance classes and costume fees paid.
• I understand that all correspondence relating to this enrolment, the dance classes and the annual concert will be communicated via email only and it is my responsibility to regularly check for this information.
